Interacting with the website(s) or social media accounts of any organisation typically results in some data being collected about you by the organisation. This is the nature of online browsing, not just with LuxLet, but typically all websites. Below we explain how interacting with our LuxLet website works and how we use and protect your data, if any data is collected from you:

Comments: We have chosen to turn comments off on our website and advertising pages, so there won’t be information collection from these. Our social media accounts allow comments, and any comments you make will be reviewed by a representative of LuxLet and may or may not be stored in the account ongoing, and be visible to the public.

Media Contact or Individual Contact forms: If you enter your details into any contact forms found on any of our websites or advertising pages (landing pages), that request your name and contact details and then ask you to press a 'submit' or 'enter' button, we will contact you using the email address and/or phone number that you gave us. This may result in you receiving a series of emails, SMSs, phone calls, or newsletters - you can stop any or all forms of communication by emailing Ava at info@luxlet.com.au with a request to stop one or more forms of communication.

Cookies and Analytics: We may place cookies, and Facebook or Google pixels, on our website pages, so that we can track the performance of our paid advertising from Facebook, Google, You Tube and other electronic advertising and promotion sources. This does not give us any personal information, but allows us to decide if our marketing campaigns should be continued or not. We do not give any private information, and do not pass on our pixel information, to any third parties.

Logging in: If you sign an agreement with LuxLet you will by definition become a client and will be provided with log in details to any portals related to working together. These websites are accessed by a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and may obtain information about you, use cookies, embed extra third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including analysing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site. Information retention: We do not actively erase any information collected via our websites, advertising pages or social media accounts. You can request that we erase any private information we hold about you in social media platforms by emailing info@luxlet.com.au. This excludes any information we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Due to reliance on external IT experts to assist with requests like this, lead times will apply and lead times may be out of our control to a large degree.
